I have recently finished a course of Radial Shockwave Treatment or RSWT on my foot on Steve's recommendation. The results have been amazing and that is a real understatement!
It has greatly reduced the swelling, improved my movement and perhaps the best thing of all I no longer wake up in pain, with a chronically stiff heel and ankle
