Mid-foot (instep) Pain is a common reason for people being lame
Normal, natural gait requires the foot to be adaptable.
Each part of the foot should be free to move seperately.
This means you should have independent suspension between the front part of your foot & the heel.
When the mid-foot doesnt move, the stress eventually leads to pain.
